Service Announcement – delays in messages delivery – RESOLVED

September 4th, 2015

The issue has now been resolved and messages are being processed as normal.

Thank you for your patience,

The Client Success Team

Some users  may experience a  delay in messages being delivered due to an exceptionally  high volume of messages sent today.

The messages can be created and sent, but will be queued up in the Outbox menu.

If that is the case for you,  please do not attempt to recreate and resend the message, as the original message will leave the queue and be delivered.

Our Product Management team have increased the throughput to deal with the unusually large traffic and are monitoring the site ready to to adjust the throughput if needed.

If you have concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Client Success team via email: connecttxtsupport@blackboard.com,
phone +44 (0) 113 234 2111 option 1, then 1 or via  our live chat http://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/txttools.html

Thank you for your patience,
