Thank you for being a valued Blackboard customer. The reliability and security of your product is very important to us, therefore we will be upgrading hosting facilities and moving to an AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment. This will bring you improved stability and reliability, increased security, and more effective messaging.

As part of this change, we will be performing maintenance from Tuesday, April 17 at 11pm ET to Wednesday, April 18 at 7am ET. During this time, the system will be unavailable and you will not be able to send or receive messages. This work has been scheduled during a period of low activity which should greatly minimize the impact to you.
