A planned maintenance window is scheduled to take place this Friday, September 18 from 10 pm to 1:00 am UK time, with a planned  90 minutes of downtime.

This is to allow our Product Management team to perform database work. The application will be unavailable during that time.

Service Announcement – delays in messages delivery – RESOLVED

The issue has now been resolved and messages are being processed as normal.

Some users  may experience a  delay in messages being delivered due to an exceptionally  high volume of messages sent today.

The messages can be created and sent, but will be queued up in the Outbox menu.

If that is the case for you,  please do not attempt to recreate and resend the message, as the original message will leave the queue and be delivered.

Our Product Management team have increased the throughput to deal with the unusually large traffic and are monitoring the site ready to to adjust the throughput if needed.
